can you pls go through the attached file and do me a little help to resolve the problem here.



tbldoctor holds information about the doctors and tblToken records token numbers issued to each doctor.

On the service memo doctor's name does not appear, instead it shows doctorid...i want doctorname to be dispalyed on service memo...

Thank you so much for your kind help.

there are two more things regarding token and Service memo
(1) date saved in tblToken is as follows 30-Dec-1899 this is to be corrected to date shown in the memo.

(2) Need to display patient's age in the Service Memo. age currently displays in frmPatientInfo as well as frmService.
