Paste into multiple records

How can i paste a list:


Betty smith
jane smith
john smith
jackson smith

into multiple fields on a form instead of just one long continuous paste in one field.

if you're pasting it from the clipboard, and especially if it's coming from excel or a table based matrix, like HTML tables, paste it into an access table and it will do just what you want.
