Delete all records

Is there a way to create a button that will delete all records? I know I can delete individual records but I would like to be able to delete all without having to go to each individual record or to the tables to do it?

You can execute a query:

DELETE * FROM TableName

How would I write that? for example Delete [TodaysWeight] FROM tblDailyTracking

You can specify a field if you want, but the way I wrote it would work fine.

So it will delete all the field values from the table using
Delete * FROM tblDailyTracking
