default form to open when executing mdb

    hi ,

Greetings... I am looking for a way in which , whenever a user opens a mdb , he is directed only to the form directly without his link to the table.. Also he should not be allowed to make any changes onto that form...

is there any way we can make it something like an executable ?

Where , only form is visible to the user , and he cannot do anything with the table.. !

    regards

of course you can, but what's the point of giving someone a database application if they can't modify data?

that would be my first question.

    and:

    1) the default form is in access options, under one of the first couple of menus.
    2) you can always shut off keys and such, which can keep people out of source objects like tables. you can do that, OR make an executable, which does all of this automatically.
