setting up option boxes for text values

I'm setting up an option box with the following options:



1. Negative
2. Positive
3. Suspect
4. No Test

My question is whether I can set up the box to output the text value into the DB table instead of the numeric value. I'm not familiar enough with VBscript to set this up.

Thanks for the link, I'm still having trouble using this script though. Can I set it up to enter the text directly into the database table?

OK, It looks like I just answered my last question. My new issue is that in the form view once I select an option the option selected displays grays out. How do I keep the selection displayed with a clean black dot?
