    Reserved error (-3703) help!

Hello everyone! I have a slight problem that I am hoping sombody could resolve for me. Long story short, I have created a lookup field named client type. There are three values which are called MAN, RET, and SER. When I added an additional client name called Cray Meat Market, I went under client type and picked RET "RETAIL". However, when I did this, it creates an error message that says, "Reserved error (-3703); there is no message for this error". However, all the other client names I am able to change besides this new client. Any advice as my project is due soon. I am stumped.

My advice as well as that of most developers: Don't use Lookup Fields! http://www.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm
ComboBoxes on forms that reference Lookup Tables or use Lists is fine, just *not* Lookup Fields in tables.

You're using the Lookup Field directly in the table or through a form?
