    Counting Records

    Hey Gang

I have a table that I record Employee ID and Time in. I am wanting add a field to identify whether the record is the first, second, third or fourth. By doing this I'm hoping I can identify whether they have arrived for work, out for lunch, returned from lunch or gone home. I am also hoping that I can calculate hours worked based on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Jason
