    Need Direction Parts Form

    Hello, I'm new to access, ive been searching this forum for the right direction.The manufacturing company I work for use's bins to store hardware, probably, 20 bins or more. Im looking for a way to look up the part number and list every location in a simple read only form.

    Many of the bins have identical hardware and I need to list each location.
    Im in the process of converting each bin to a table.

    Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

    till then I'll keep searching

    Thanks Deano

    sounds like you can stick to 1 table;

    bin#, Part#, PartDesc, PartQTY

    just threw in those last 2 fields....

    you can easily find stuff just by sorting a column - or get fancier with combobox....should work great...

    hope this helps.
