Unhappy validation with a datasheet form

Ok I have a form as a datasheet, and I have various field and informations for those costumer. Those are jobs that needs to be shipped and I want to add a text field that will show a * when the job is COD and is not PAID

I wanted to put this in the data field but don't know how so I putted ="*"

and in the is valid for , I putted COD = true and Paid = False...
but it doesn't work! every single time et puts a star everywhere
    ....
am I doing something wrong any idea?
