    Printing fildered subform datasheet problem

    Hello everyone.

I have a small problem with printing. I have a main Form where I've placed a subform datasheet. The problem is that when I filter my datasheet in this subform and I want this filtered datasheet to be printed, it prints all the records in datasheet and not just the filtered one.

Can someone tell me where is the problem?

How are you trying to print the filtered datasheet?

For example I have many records in my datasheet and I filter or sort them with filter tool. All the records that I see after I filter , I want to print them. Put I cant do that. So far I can print my datasheet records, but although I filter my records and click my print button, it prints all the records that are linked in the datasheet source table.

How can I handle this problem?

So you are just using the built-in functions for raw Access, right? Not trying to do a report for form?

Have you tried creating a query that filters the records as you like and then print that? I don't use Access that way so I'm on real shaky ground here.

Its a big project that Im creating. I used queries in many other parts of my project, but here I dont need them. I just want to print my datasheet.

Here an example. For example you can filter Persons that dont have PhoneNumber, and you want to print only those persons.

It looks like you created this with ac2003. Is that correct? Can you convert your Macro to Code? I get an error when I try and I do not have ac2003.
