No drama. Just differing views, which is fine. We can't all agree on the same exact things. It would make for a pretty boring world.

that's right
that's right. Some how we have managed to frighten our friend who actually started this thread!!!!!!!!!!
First of all my utmost respects to Mr. Dan and Mr. Smithwick, Serving the military is one that I would take up in about 4/5 years from now.
Its not about frightening me Mr. Maximus Exodus ... I asked some help .. I asked people to provide me with the links or tutorials that actually show something thats related to what I am looking for. I know that I should not be taking the job when I do not have the knowledge thats the reason I came here and asked for help before I said yes .. it was Mr. Shabz who asked will i get a cut in the pay and since consulting isn't a bad thing I obliged him about what he wants .. and was just wondering where the discussion is heading .. I did not take the job .. I got an offer and wanted to see if I could finish it before I give my word and thats the reason I asked for help and the topic is going no where related to my question. I asked for tutorials or links that provide info regarding my query. I haven't asked about doing it completely untill Mr Shabz mentioned about it.
I am sorry if I have hurt any ones feelings but I didn't mean to ... i thought it would be a yes or no kinda thing but never thought it would turn into a war of words
I agreed to shabz working on the project since the company was looking for 2 people to work on it and I thought since shabz is helping people here, I can be as a jr under his guidance and learn but never thought he would be looking for drama in a forum instead of education.
Ok, allow me to try to get back on topic here. My favorite websites regarding learning access are:
http://www.functionx.com/vbaccess/index.htm
http://www.databasedev.co.uk/downloads.html
http://www.w3schools.com/ -look under Server Scripting
The best reference to learn access will be your own office assistance. More over Ms Office provides an excellent guide to writing codes in VBA.
