    Moving Records

I have the results of 2 seperate queries containing maybe 20 records in each. I need to move both sets of records into 3 or more seperate Job Sheets, allocating different jobs to different sheets (job sheets are in Excel )
and, without exporting the headers either. I have been told it can be done, but I don't have a clue how. Can anyone please explain how to do this. I am new to the world of DBs, so please use a form of words suitable for a novice.
    Many Thanks

Do you need to just export the data from each of the two queries into three or more separate Excel spreadsheets - without the headers?

Is that what you need to do?

Is this going to be just a one-time deal - or is it something you will do a lot?

    Taximan - I must apologize.
I do not know how to export to Excel without the headers.
All the exports I do REQUIRE headers and so I have never had to export to Excel with NO headers.
I googled around some but was not able to find anything helpful.

If you don't get any other advice - please post again in a New Thread.
    Sorry!

Are you familiar with using Macros to do your routine Importing and Exporting from and to Excel?
I can help you with automating the export if you don't know how to do that.
Sorry I cannot help with getting rid of the headers.

    Hi Robeen
If you could help with the export to Excel, that would be great, I can address the Headers issue after the export. If the Macro needs a formula, again I haven't a clue. I have exported a block of records from a query to excel using a Macro, but never individual records to different excel workbooks.
    Hope you can help
    Thanks

Have you looked at the "Docmd.Transferspreadsheet" method? It has an option to turn off fieldnames
