create comma delimited string from column in query

I would like help creating a macro to create a comma delimited string from a column in a query. The string can be in a word doc or .txt file i just have to be able to copy the string and paste it in another application. I am pretty new at access and hope I'm describing it correctly. thanks for any help provided

    Example:

    ZIP

    14580
    15487
    12576
    15358
    15474

    result- 14580, 15467, 12576, 15358, 15474

it should also be noted that "another application" will not be possible unless there is a vba library for it. what program?
