Can't access AccessForums and MSOffice Forum normally in my new comp

    Hi

Being a full pensioner from this year, I decided to replace my over 10 years old desktop with new one. Of-course this did mean a new op. system too.

Now I have the problem with AccessForum here. It worked OK for couple of days, but currently, after I open AccessForums.net, I get only forum menus. All menu selections are clickable, and it looks like they work, but for a moment only. There is a very short time the contents are starting to be displayed, and then all info to be displayed below menus (or other info the menu must display) will be empty - nothing is shown.

Currently the only way to connect the forum is to select "New InPrivateWindow" from right-click menu of browser, and open the forum from there.

The OS of my new computer is Windows 10 Pro (46-bit), ver. 22H2
The browser I use currently is Microsoft Edge.

Attached is a screenshot of AssessForums site, when I open it in normal way.

    Thanks in advance!

If you installed an ad blocker, it could cause this. The blocker should allow you to exempt specified domains.

Thank you! I'll ask my son to look into this (he did the set-up for comp), when he will visit.

I think I remember he did say something about an ad-blocker. I'm somewhat out of sync with new systems. At work we had all sys-admin work outsourced for years, and at home comp I didn't have even MS Office, and mailbox - used it to read news only, and to connect to this forum here!

    Firstly why win10?
Secondly try another browser. Whenever my default chrome has any issues, I always try with Firefox.

And you probably meant 64-bit, not 46-bit.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Option 1: Clear all browsing history and test (this also signs you out of other websites).
Option 2: Disable extensions one by one and test.
Option 3: Try both Option 1 and 2.
Option 4: If you don't want to be signed out of other websites, use developer tools and clear all the items in the storage tab.

That should take care of the problem if it works in private windows.
