help creating multi-user db

i have an inventory database and i want it to share it with my co-workers to update the records
and at the same time enter new records to the database.



what are the steps i need to to accomplish this task?

Split the dB and give each user their own copy of the FE. DO NOT share the FE.

What is an FE? why can't I share it?

FE - Front End - forms and reports
BE - Back End - Data

Sharing an FE will eventually lead to corruption.
