I hereby express my dissatisfaction with the stance adopted by the company Gunter Avenius in relation to situations involving software reinstallation.
Recently, I needed to format my machine and reinstall all the programs from scratch, something that can happen to any user. In the case in question, Office 365, Microsoft offers customers the possibility of reinstalling directly from their servers, without additional costs or complications.
However, Gunter Avenius's policy goes in the opposite direction. When trying to reinstall the previously purchased software, I was informed that it would be necessary to purchase a new license, even though I was already a customer of the company. since Microsoft, for those using Office 365, changed the version. Even checking everything.... Support did not offer any reasonable solution, completely transferring the responsibility to the person.
This stance is disrespectful. A company is expected to value its customers, but, on the contrary, the idea of profiting from adverse situations faced by users prevails here. This raises a question: how can you trust a company that does not offer adequate or flexible support in common situations such as formatting?
Finally, I share this report as a way of warning other consumers. Think carefully before purchasing products from this company, as, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, you are likely to face the same inflexible attitude that I experienced.
