Exporting to PDF - fit page width

    Hi all,
I have a report that is 17" wide. I have the report page setup on 11x17 paper. When I use the ExportWithFormatting macro it exports it perfectly to a PDF and fits it all on one page. However, when other users click the PDF button (run the macro) it opens in 8.5 x 11 across 2 pages. Is there a script I can write to create the PDF to squeeze on one page regardless of Acrobat settings?

Do they have their own separate FE?
Is that the same version as yours?

I have one front end (which I use to make changes) and everyone else uses a shortcut that makes a copy of it on their machine when they open it. No matter which way I open the FE, it works fine for me.

Use one of their computers to open the development version and see what the report properties are.
I cannot see why they would be different, if you compiled your copy, made the accde or left it as accdb and they then copied that version.
You also have to be absolutely sure they are using that shortcut.

They are definitely using that shortcut. I tested it myself. How do I open the development version?

I would put the development version somewhere different ( so they do not know the true location, perhaps where the copying version is located. Then open from one of their computers. Of course, they need full access on that computer.
