Auto total of students marks in print preview not given

This is a student assessment database where students report marks will automatically adds up when printing student's report. But now it cannot give the auto total when seeing in print preview and also printing goes to two pages when it usually gives one page for a student report.


Please I need advice and assistance on how to go about fixing this two problem.

Would have to review your db. If you want to provide, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

For the first issue check whether the Display When property is set to Screen Only. Its at the bottom of the Format tab on the property sheet.
If so, change to Always.

Secondly try reducing the page margins and check property settings like Keep Together / Force New Page
