Runtime database solution built in Access 95, owner wants updated

I have not worked in Access or Filemaker Pro in many years. I have a client/contact that would like a runtime database that was built in Access 95 updated. It was quite well built (I'm impressed) but she would like to bring it forward into modern technology. I was thinking it would need to be done over, but since it is such a good build I want to check with you experts to see if there are any other options. What say you Access gurus?

If you don't have the original development files (was that mdb at that time) no way can recover VBA code. Have you seen https://support.office.com/en-us/art...1-65d06bb12aa7
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
