    Form Buttons - Design Question

    Hello guys,

So I have a quick question. When I open my form, all buttons have a strange line going around the edges and when hovered over, disappear and look like what they should?

Really confused, it's not the most urgent thing, it's more annoying than anything!

    Thanks for your help
    Chris

Can you attach a screenshot image?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Here (I tried to begin with, but it didn't work for some reason!)

As you can see the first two buttons and the left arrow button on the left are normal, that's because I went over and hovered over with the mouse cursor?

    It's really frustrating!

    Thanks

what about the button which says 'Front Sheet' - it is different because it does not use an image. Just wondering if it is something to do with using images. Also, can you confirm you are developing a client based (i.e. runs in access window) solution and not a web app (runs in browser)

Okay so that's actually a very good spot! I would really like to keep hold of the images instead of replacing them with text, so is there a possible work around?

Also, it's a client based application.

Thanks for your time, I appreciate it!

so you are saying the button without an image works as intended?

looks like you are using 64bit access, I seem to recall 64bit handles images slightly differently so I would look at your images - physical size/type. Also look at the picture properties used -embedded, arrangement for example and perhaps you have a space in the caption property?
