How to open a form in full page view

Hello, I have an issue that I thought would be simple but I can't seem to figure it out. After our server crashed I had to restore the database. When I attached the form we are using it now opens in a minimized screen and you have to click at the top right to open to full page. I know this little annoyance wouldn't bother most people but it is bothering me Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you, Carol

Open it maximized - in the OnLoad event of the form DoCmd.Maximize

Docmd.Maximize in the OnOpen Event of form? Or set "Fit To Screen" property of form to Yes?

Hi, "Fit To Screen" is already set to yes. I tried Docmd.Maximize in the OnOpen Event of form and saved but now the form won't open.
