    combo box selection and display

    I am fairly new to access and would like guidance in creating a database to support conference room issues. I support 3 buildings with at least 20 conference rooms in each. I need to be able to select one of the 3 buildings from the combo box and then select the appropriate conference room # (via combo box) then also have that conference room display a list of equipment that is in the room. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

    thanks very much, but this is only part 1. Once I select the state and available cities, I need to see a list of counties in that city. I need to just display a list of counties based on the two combo box selections. How do I accomplish this? thanks in advance.

    Presumably the 3rd combo would be based on the second, just as the second is on the first.

    I need a full list to display, not a selection of a full list: List must always be displayed on each record based on the two beginning selections.

    1st combo box: Building 1, 2, or 3, Second combo box provides selections of 20 difference conference rooms: select one;

    After selecting one of the conference rooms; I need a full list of equipment in the room. Only a list, not selective and needs to stay with record. thanks

    Please tell us more with a sample.
    In most situations, you pick from 1 combo, then restrict the options in combo2, then restrict in combo 3.....
