    Expand and collaspe part of form


    Hi

    I have a form in Access which is attached. I want the owners name ID or name maybe to appear as a link and when clicked on it. the part expands to show further details like phone numbers etc. Please if someone can help me as how to achieve this.

    Forms do not expand and contract, that's why they have scroll bars. What is the data structure? You probably should just use a subform.

    o.k but then is it possible to have the name as a link and when clicked on name new window opens with details contains phone numbers etc.

    Certainly. Just means need code (macro or VBA).
