    Access Help file.

    Hi there!

I have a valid Access 2007 and subscribe to Office 365 trial that comes with Access 2013 - the two coexisted peacefully. Since the trial period ended in the Easter period I forgot to subscribe to it and it expired. But then, I lost most of offline help documentation!!!
I subscribe today to Office 365, it was enabled but no full offline Access Help!!! I tried to update it: I was told that it was already present. So offline help package is present but connexion to it seems to be lost... Any one can help?

    Thanks.

Contrary to what you think, the problem seems more complex. I have tried many forums uselessly.
By the way, I am 65 and have 41 years experience in IT!!!

Many thanks for your very helpful suggestion...
