Can't copy or change some reports.

I have a report list of 7 reports. Three of the reports are lists that I can change and copy as needed. The remaining 4 are letters for two different groups of recipients, with their own query as the source. The detail format is different between two of the letters. Two of the letters are run as is from the source query, the other two are run from a selection query to get individual letters as needed from time to time. However if I try to copy any of these 4 letters I get error messages "Name conflicts with existing module, project, or object library.", or if I make a change to the report and try to save it, the report just sits there until I say NO to saving the changes. When I give the copy a new name ("New Name") I get these messages, "The search key was not found in any record." followed by, :The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object "New Name". Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly. If "New Name" is not a local object, check your network connection or contact the server administrator". The reports are not kinked but are local. I don't know what this is nor do I know how to fix or prevent this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ken.

If you are in the report, click SAVE AS ,and give it a new name (not New Name), do you still get the error?

I don't get an error but nothing shows up in the Reports List Folder in the Navigation Pane.
