I called it a split form because that fit the description you posted. It was not a recommendation to use. I have never found split form useful.

I still do not see how to create this form. The form with this across the top.
Control Name Caption Back Color Control Source
The tutorial must be missing a few steps.
Also it make reference to a
payments table which was never created in the previous steps. What is going on where
or how do I create this form and where is the payments table?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Again, DO NOT create a form with CONTROL, NAME, BACK COLOR, CONTROL SOURCE. That is merely a table in the instructions with specifications for building form. You already have the form created according to instructions - it is AvailableRooms.
Instructions for creating Payments table and form is in the section Practical Learning: Making Payments farther down in the page.

The statements that you made a few posts ago I think a relevant:
Code:You used Textbox controls for labels in the form header section. Use Label control for label. I never set Caption property in table. I want to see actual field names when I view tables.
I guess I am doing backwards and that is why I am asking where does it talk more about this. Since, I am doing it wrongly.
It does have to be restricted to the Ceil Inn tutorial.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
