PDF File using access email where does this goes

In Access 2010, I created a form with a button to send a form or report by e-mail. I noticed that the number of bytes that is free in my C: drive is being depleted very fast. I tried searching by filename but it is yielding nothing.

can anyone assist me before i use up all the free bytes.

before the e-mail button, I have around 7GB of space, but after 2 days only 1.5 is remaining.

What method are you using for the email? SendObject?

I just did a test and can't find the pdf saved anywhere.

Are you using Outlook? Is the email saved into the Sent folder?

When I click the button I created to e-mail a form, It automatically creates a PDF file of the form that is attached to an outlook e-mail.

It is saved in the sent folder. the file created of the email is too low to use almost 6GB in 2 days.

When I opened the folder where the file is saved, I noticed that a back-up was created wherein the bytes are totally high compared to the original. 3000 bytes to 10000 bytes.

Does the e-mail button created automatically creates a back-up of the file, because I think this is the reason for the lost 6gb.

Again, thank you for your assistance.

I can't explain what is happening in your case because as noted, I can't find a PDF file saved anywhere on my computer. What folder are your files saved into?

    Are you using SendObject method?
