Saving data in access that has been filtered

    Hello,
I have a large database with over a million entries. I am trying to filter certain years (04-12) and certain states (western US). After the two filters are on my entries are down to 328,000. Now, I want to save the 328,000 to a new database. Is this possible??

Thank you for your time and help!

use your above criteria to create a make table query. you can then import this to a new DB, or in the options for the make table query it will ask to create it in the current DB or select another one, 'It needs to be a DB already created' include/exclude fields as required.
