    If you go to the "About" screen like I described, it should tell you there.
    Mine says:
    Microsoft Access 2007 (12.0.6606.1000) SP3 MSO (12.0.6607.1000)

    Note the "SP3", indicating Service Pack 3.

    Yes SP1 is already loaded.
    I know I would really like to figure this out but . . . .

    Yeah, I only have SP1 loaded, Is SP3 the latest? Would I need to load SP2 first?

    Note I have Access 2007, and that is up to SP3.
    But, in my quick view of Access 2010, I only saw SP1.

    So you may be current already. Which means that we are probably barking up the wrong tree with this.
    Something else may be happening. What, I have no idea.
