You do not have exclusive access 2010 Access

Can someone give me a solution to this popup message? Note: NO on is in design view, and no one is in the same record. It popup when accessing some forms. And beginning to be a problem with using the DB as you have to hit ok about 11 times before it removes itself.

Note: We do not wish to split the database as there are only 5 users and no one to maintain that process. Need to keep it simple. Also we do not have any record locks checking off in the Client Setting.
Is there a trouble shooting we are missing or maybe something we can do to remove it.

I have a simple non-split db with several users. We tested multiple users opening the same file and editing records and it works, to my amazement. However, there is zero code - no macros and no VBA.

Even with a non-split db, someone has to maintain it. I don't think a split db is that much more effort. Just a couple new things to understand, like UNC pathing.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    Wnicole -

When does this message occur? Does the first person to open a form open it properly, and then other users get the error?

The error suggests that there is something in the database (code maybe) that is trying to modify it (the database itself, not the data)
