Can't find Access 2003 custom toolbars in Access 2010

I have an Access 2003 application that contains custom shortcut menus and toolbars. I’d like to view and edit those menus and toolbars in Access 2010. However I can't find them in Access 2010.

    According to MS Access help:
"if you created any custom toolbars or menu bars, they appear in the Add-Ins tab as one or more groups. Each group uses the name originally assigned to the custom toolbar or menu bar.
Note If the Add-Ins tab is not visible, Click the File tab, click Options, and then click Customize Ribbon. From the Customize the Ribbon area, make sure that the Add-Ins option is selected."

In my Access 2010 ribbon the Add-Ins tab is not visible and when I click the File tab, Options and then on the Customize Ribbon, the Add-Ins Tab is already selected (but no where to be found on the ribbon).

    So my questions are:
1.How do I show the Add-Ins Tab on my ribbon?
2.Will this provide access to viewing and editing my custom toolbars & menus created in Access 2003? If no how can I find them?.

    Any insight would be appreciated.

MS also states "unless you change it by using the earlier version of Access" so I don't think can edit the custom menus within Access 2010.

I never built custom menus in Access 2003. If you want to provide db for testing, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    G'd Evening,
I don't know what type of menubar you have, but in my environment they use to be in: Options-->Current Database-->Ribbon and Toolbar Options-->Menu Bar
    G'd luck
