Copying selected rows from an access table.

    Hi,

I have data in access table that holds in about 150,000 rows and I want to copy few hundred rows from access table to excel. Is it possible?

You can do it the same as any other Microsoft Copy/Paste.

Open the table. Highlight the rows you wish to copy and hit CTRL-C (or right-click and select Copy).
Open a blank Excel file, go to cell A1, and hit CTRL-V (or right-click and select Paste).
