Cascade Combo Box - Help! Access 2013

I have read a lot of forums and sites and just cant figure this out. I am sorry, I am new to access.

What I am looking to do is this, 2 combo boxes, first one is cmbOS and second is cmbAPPS.
cmbOS is a list of "Operating System" information, ie: Hudson, Windows, Other
cmbAPPS is a list of "Applications" information, ie: Agent, Dispatcher, Admin, Fare Locations, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, N/A

i have 2 tables, OS and APPS. So as you can see the OS is for cbmOS and APPS for cmbAPPS.

What I want to do is say cmbOS select "windows' and cmbAPPS gives a list of only "Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet" and etc for the other stuff.

I cant seem to get this to work. Everything I try just seems not to work. I will post up my tables so you see everything.
I do have APPS table that has a OSREF 1,2,3 for each Apps to make reference to OS table.

I hope some one can give me the simplest way to do this. I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!

You haven't posted your effort and how it didn't work, so let's start with a sample:

Sorry about that. What I did is actually downloaded a template in Access 2013 called Issue Tracking. I was trying to modify the Issue Details by adding 2 combo boxes.

My efforts in trying to get this to work by, doing this http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/f...combobox2.html but putting my information in. didn't get anything to work. Then I tried http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMiJHhjzC8Y which was like the same way but kept getting errors when trying to select the combo box.

I will try out the link you showed me.

    Thanks for the fast reply.
