List rather than scroll to multiple records in a subform

In this subform illustrated in the attached graphic this particular person on the main form has 5 records in the subform associated with funding sources. How do I get the 5 funding sources to ALL list in its associated subform record, rather than having to scroll through to each 5 individual funding records? The subform records accurately match with the main form. It just becomes cumbersome when an individual has 2 or more records in one subform to have to then scroll through the subform to see each funding source associated with the main form.

Change your sub form view to Datasheet and they will appear in a table format.

Or change the subform Default View to Continuous Forms under the Format tab in the Property Sheet

When I do what you suggested above, for some reason, the 2nd subform aka frmFundingSubform, is now out of sync, if you will. It is static and no longer associates with the main form. When I click "Next Record" either by using the button at the top of the page or the arrows at the bottom of the page, the frmFundingSubform aka 2nd subform on the page, no longer advances to the next record.

I was able to get the effect I wanted by dragging/dropping a query, rather than a datasheet. Since my last attempt wouldn't sync with the mainform, I erred on the side of caution and, obviously, used too many fields. Any advice as to the ones to NOT use?

P.S. Pie in the sky would be a auto sum total for the Amount field for each individual in the Funding subform. Don't even have a clue on where to begin to look to learn how to do that.
