Hard to see the image but basically, I can't seem to bring the database behind the form to the front to view it when I click on it. I've never encountered this before.

Is the form Modal property set to Yes?

It's set to No. When I switch it to yes, I can't even access the database window behind it.

If the form is not set as Popup or Modal, I don't know what could cause this. However, I have not used Access 2003 in several years.

Could be a corrupted mdb. If you want to post it (minus sensitive data), compact & repair, then zip it. I'll take a look at it.

    Copied from June7 post:
To provide db: Make copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip if large - 2mb allowed, attach to post. Attachment Manager is below the Advanced post editor window.

It works fine now. I set the pop-up option to "no" on the form properties. Thanks!
