Hello. I have a few questions about access, and I would love if someone could help me with it. I already tried everything, but I just can't figure out how to do it.



1- I want to put a button on a formulary that calculate a sum of a column of the table. How do I do it?

2- I want to put a field on a formulary (I think the name is "combo") that restrict the user to select only 4 types of answer (I mean, something like that, "wich color do you like the most?" And then, the user have the option to chose: blue or red or yellow. How do I do it?

1. Depends on how the form is set up: Single, Continuous, or Datasheet view.

RowSourceType: Value List
RowSource: blue;red;yellow
