    Totals in a report


    The attached file shows a report and the underlying query. I would like the report to show a count of the number of records for each Round, for example. 18 for Round 01, located ideally beneath or alongside each Round number (there are 21in total). Can't figure how to do it! Access report question.pdf

    Thanks for the lead. I've generated what I was looking for by right-clicking the 'Round' field in the report design view and selecting Total>Count records. It puts the totals at the bottom of each Round group. That'll do.
