    Locked Database

My database froze while running a query I used task manager to close the database, then restarted the computer.
Now when trying to open the database I get the following

Your network access was interrupted. To continue, close the database, and then open it again.

problem is when I close and reopen it keeps showing the same message

    With thanks
    Craig

Is this a split design db? Is there a form set to open by default or an AutoExec macro? Is there still laccdb file persisting when the db is closed? See if you can delete the laccdb. Hold down shift key when opening db. If it opens then run compact & repair.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
