    min and max function


    hi ,

    in my query i have 5 columns as m1 m2 m3 m4 and m5 and in the 6th columns (zz) i have to find out what the the lowest number is in m1 m2 m3 m4 and m5. and i will some find out what the biggest number in 7th columns. How can i go over this problem ?

    Pls, helppppppp me

    i stuck here .

    hi pbaldy,

    thank you for info but my computer knowledge is very little and i have just started to learn access. because of that , what is attached i do not understand anything. is there any other solution? maybe by pic? i dont know .
