Access 2010 - Report Export to Excel - Font Color

When I export my report to excel, the column headings are in a black font while data rows are a very light grey. My actual report shows the font to be black. How/where do I fix the font color? I know it's hard to see with the image attached...

How are you exporting the data to Excel?

If you are using the built-in DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet method, you cannot control formatting. You will have to use VBA Automation to create custom formatting like that.
