    Drop-Down list needs updating

    I'm an Access notice, so this should be an easy answer to you Gurus out there.



    I have a form that has a "employees" drop-down list. This list needs updating. If I edit or delete the names within this drop-down list how will this affect the reports/queries that are linked to it?

    Your form, and combobox (drop down) normally get data from a table or query. It's possible to make a list of values for the drop down.
    Tell us more about your database, tables and form.
    If you could give us the 30,000 foot overview of the database, that would help too.
