Problem with Report opening

Hi,

I need some help determining why my report (based on a query that works) won't open. It gives me "Type mismatch in Expression" error dialog box.

I do notice in the query that the comments field that was populating fine, all of a sudden now has Chinese characters in it instead of text. I'm not sure why and wonder if that has something to do with the report not opening. I've attached the database.

The report in question is called "Mentor Report"



Any help would be appreciated.

It means you're trying to add things that arent numbers. It had me curious since the report did it but the query did not.
When this happens, run a query on the data (no sum) to see what's missing.

Your CURRENT PERCENT field is throwin #ERR. (prob divide by zero) cant add those.

The problem is in the cycle. You build it as a combo box. I ran the report fine if I change it to a text box.

You guys are the BEST! Thanks. You were right about the problem being in the cycle. I just went back to the query and changed where I was pulling the cycle field from and it worked and fixed the Chinese characters in comments. This also fixed the problem with the report. Thanks again!
