Should records in the heading on a new page

    Dear all,

I build a report with which I can get an overview of all employees within different departments. All the employees are filtered now under the heading of the department. Things is that they are now placed directly under each other.

Does anybody know a trick with which I can build a report outlining every other department on a new page?

    Regards,

    Marc

Did you set up report group section for department? Set the department group footer to start new page after section.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
