Hello,
I have a report based on a table that tracks the daily movements of clients for my company. We are mandated to create a hard copy of the report as each page fills and is completed. Is there anyway (perhaps automatically) to print a single page in a report once it is filled and your starting to populate the next page? Essentially printing the second last page. The movements of 36 clients are kept in one table, sorted in chronologically.

That would require code to determine how many pages the report has then checking if last page will be full and print it otherwise print the page just before. Sounds really complicated. Review http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2...port-using-vba
