    subfrmCascadecbo dependent on frmMaincbo

I have my Combo box on the subform working (just not very well at all)

my sub form populates 6 rows -for some reason - and when I choose the 1st row the remaining 5 rows are populated with that value and the value populated is the first one on the list and I can't figure this at all after spending all afternoon getting nowhere

any help will be grapefruitly received

The "Destination" control on the subform is unbound. That means that the "Destination" control is not bound to a column in a query or to a field in a table. If you look at the control in design view, there is only one control.
Because there is a bound control in the subform - "OriginFK", there are 6 rows.... the unbound control is replicated in each row.

The "Destination" control needs to be bound .....

I had tried Destination as a Control Source. Still does not work
I have DBs with casc.cbo both on main form as unbound and both on subform bound working so when I could not get this to work I tried a number of things.
The origin FK was needed in there to have the parent child relationship. Funny when there was just 4 items inthe tblOrigin I still had 6 rows and now I have 7 items in tblOrigin I still have 6 rows
So I am more confused than ever
