    refreshing date in Access 2010

Is there a way to install a button on a form which will refresh the data? The application is going to be distributed via Access Runtime 2010. As it works now you need to exit the application and when you go back in the data has been refreshed/recalculated.
    Thanks,

Every form has the ability to 1)Requery 2)Recalculate 3) Refresh. If you give us some additional information we might be able to solve that issue without a button. What sort of data is on the form and where does it come from?

The information comes from numerous tables and contains date that is pertinent to about 10 reports. Everything from seller and buyer names to prices, registration, city, state and zip.

How are you populating all of the controls on the form? I take it it is not just controls bound to the RecordSource of the form?

It does not need to be a button I just want the application to refresh itself constantly. I want to eliminate exiting the application and then opening it to have it refresh.
    Thanks,
