Question Export / Import form and subform trouble

My work security will not permit me to send myself an Access database. I have a form and a subform that I do not want to recreate. How do I export a form and subform to another type (Excel, text...) and import them into another Access database? I have tried both but something important is lost in the translation.

can you not just zip up the database and send the zipped file instead? You could also theoretically rename the file .txt instead of .mdb or .accdb. then mail it, then rename it when it got to it's location.

"Thank you. I tried both of those and my work security rejected them both. I was actually surprised that the '.txt' version got flagged."

talk to your system administrators and explain the situation to them then, that is likely the best solution anyway so they are aware of your problem.
