Error when trying to add primary key field to query

I've created a form off of a query but wanted to go back to the query to add the primary key in as a field. When I do and try to save the query, I get the error message "there isn't enough memory to perform this operation". I've never had a problem going back to add a field in the query before.

I've already tried to compact and repair the database and it didn't work =/

Tell us about the query. What table(s) are used in the query? Is there a Primary Key on the Table(s) used in your query?

So I have a linked table from SharePoint that has the autonumber as a primary key. This table is used in a query which is then used in a form. The form allows the user to filter the information so in the query we used the function [Forms]![FilterHeadcount]![cboLocation] or [Forms]![FilterHeadcount]![cboLocation] is null function in some of the field's criteria. It's not just the primary key that we can't add...we can't add any additional fields now for some reason.

You think this has something to do with it being a linked table and not just an error within the access database?

Hm I decided to make the query from scratch again and it all works. Thanks anyways!
