Linking pictures in Access

I have a access DB for my employees with pictures. The main form displays their info and a picture as I scroll page to page. But I also have contact report that will show all info and picture. I am having difficulties linking the pictures from a seperate folder on my server. Can on of the DB masters advise.

What is the problem - error message, wrong results, nothing? Are you using an Image control and setting ControlSource property? Do you want to open the contact report outside Access?

Here is a copy of the Access file and it's design structure. I'm very good at advanced Access. The Staff Directory folder has the DB.
When I scroll through the main form, I want the pict to display, but also be used in the reports. Most of the needed info is in the Staff Contact table.

Where and how exactly have you tried to link the pictures to anything? You sent us a database, please put some context around your issue including what you have done and what results (error messages etc) you have received. We do not have special powers to know everything you have done, have had problems with, have attempted to resolve.....

We only know what you tell us, so please tell us something.
