unalbe to save filter if i put form in pop up mode

hi all

im using template asset desktop access 2007 which i have modify to my needs only issues i have got is it has save filter funtion but it stops working if i change the form to to pop up
error message: field 'filter.object.name'can't not be zero length but the wierd think is if i take it out of pop up mode it works fine???????

can you post your database?---remove anything confidential /private first.... then zip it.
